All payments to be made in advance. Internet or bank transfers are preferred. If a cash deposit is used, please add 3.0% of the total invoice value to cover cash deposit fee charged by banks. All goods are brand new and have a one year guarantee, unless stated otherwise. Accessories have a three month guarantee (Batteries, Chargers, Antennas etc.). This excludes water damage or any other physical damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the equipment purchased from Cape Avionics is compatible with all 3rd party equipment and that the item is suitable for its intended usage prior to purchasing. Faulty goods have to be returned to Cape Avionics with a full explanation of the fault. All postage costs and insurance will be borne by the buyer. Goods returned must be in the original, undamaged packaging and all accessories and manuals etc. must be included. Only faulty equipment will be exchanged or refunded within the guarantee period, provided the above conditions are complied with
